All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium: 2–5 business days
  • European Union: 3–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, and selected international destinations. If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
